Libby Reasbeck

Libby Reasbeck is Senior Government & External Affairs Manager for Form Energy in West Virginia, a role she has held since joining the company in August 2023.

Prior to joining Form Energy, she spent seven years with U.S. Representative David McKinley, serving what was then West Virginia’s 1st Congressional District, covering the state’s northernmost 20 counties. With a strong focus on energy and economic development, Libby traveled throughout the district to serve constituent needs and meet with manufacturers, energy providers, and businesses to identify common challenges and help advance legislative solutions.

Active in the Wheeling area, Libby has served on several boards and committees and has experience working in the private, government, and nonprofit sectors.
