Kevin O’Connor

Kevin O’Connor is SVP and Central Appalachian Market Manager for Partner Community Capital (PCAP), a Community Development Financial Institution serving West Virginia and the broader region. He has built a long career in retail banking and finance, with a strong emphasis on small business lending.

In his current role, Kevin works with small businesses and nonprofit organizations across West Virginia, helping connect them with financing solutions that support growth and development. His experience includes lending programs such as SBA Microloans, SBA 7(a), WVCAP, USDA programs, and Main Street development tools including NMTC and HTC financing.
