Kathy Cosco

Kathy Cosco is vice president of government and external affairs for Marshall Health Network, where she leads initiatives to strengthen relationships with community partners, government agencies, and other key stakeholders.

With more than 36 years of experience in communications, marketing, and government relations, Kathy has worked across a range of sectors, including healthcare, environmental regulation, telecommunications, and manufacturing. She is a graduate of the W. Page Pitt School of Journalism and Mass Communications at Marshall University and was inducted into the school’s Hall of Fame in 2022.
