Robbie Morris

Robbie Morris is executive director of the Randolph County Development Authority and the West Virginia Wood Technology Center in Elkins, where his primary responsibilities include business recruitment, retention, expansion, and workforce development.

He was elected to the West Virginia State Senate in November 2024. In the Senate, he serves as chair of the Committee on Government Organization, vice chair of the Committee on Economic Development, and as a member of the Finance, Transportation and Infrastructure, Banking and Insurance, and Natural Resources committees.

Robbie also serves as chairman of the Corridor H Highway Authority, chairman of Leadership West Virginia, and on the boards of directors of several statewide nonprofit and local community organizations.

He lives in Elkins with his wife, Whitney, and their daughters, Elin and Tinley.
