Joe Brouse

Joe Brouse serves as Director of Financial Services for the West Virginia Economic Development Authority. He brings nearly 30 years of lending and banking experience, with a background that includes work in commercial banking, a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), and the New River Gorge Regional Development Authority.

In addition to his professional role, Joe serves on the advisory boards of the West Virginia Small Business Development Center and the Public Energy Authority, and on the boards of directors for the Center for Rural Health Development and the West Virginia Infrastructure & Jobs Development Council. He is a graduate of Concord University and a lifelong resident of Beckley, West Virginia.
