Vitaliy Anosov

Vitaliy is the Plant Manager at Felman Production LLC, a ferroalloys plant in Letart, WV, located in Mason County. Felman Production produces Silicomanganese ferroalloy, which is an additive to steel. Vitaliy has served as Plant Manager since 2019 after holding numerous positions at Felman that include Technologist Consultant, Planner, Operations Manager, & Project Manager.

In addition to receiving his degree in metallurgy and Ferroalloys smelting, Vitaliy also earned a degree in economics from the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine. With all of his knowledge, he is leading the WV operation to new standards, including efficiency in compliance with safety and environmental requirements. Knowing all aspects of the operation helps to achieve goals of effective and safe industrial production. He is highly motivated and active in research, implementing new technologies, and optimizing performance.

As an adopted West Virginian, along with his wife, he is a proud father to 2 talented children who were born and raised in WV.

He is proud to be focusing on the WV operation, producing local jobs, and becoming a big supporter of helping the steel industry and other businesses to succeed while creating an opportunity for the state economy to grow.
